Jurassic Waters finally launched

I am so pleased to announce the launch of my book.  I spent many years writing this and it’s finally here!

This is an exciting and adventurous read about…..wow, many things:  life after death; underwater evolution from PreCambrian period until 400 million years ago; sea monsters like you wouldn’t believe, and they are real!  And also a semi-mad scientist who really believes in his work, whatever the costs.

And it’s about Hawaii, about the spirit, the tenacity, the beauty of the land and the people.

Hope you enjoy, buy it on Amazon and share with your friends and please let me know what you think here in FAQ’s.

    Dear Ellen,
I enjoyed visiting with you a few moments ago regarding your well written novel, Jurassic Waters. Keep it up. You have a sale for the next one!

Regarding Ray Bradbury here is a link: http://www.amazon.com/Dinosaur-Tales-Ray-Bradbury/dp/0743458974 The story is called “Sound of Thunder”. Alan Dean Foster wrote “Cachalot” but I cannot find his story on the carclaroches megalodon (my memory may have forgotten who actually wrote the short story). Another is by Steve Alten “Meg” which I have not read which is to be a movie in 2017.

One suggestion for your readers is to show a map of Nakoa on your website or have it included in the next printing of your book. This could help the reader to associate the many names in the novel with a physical location.

Best wishes and good luck with sales!

Wow Bing I think I missed this before! I didn’t know Meg was going to be a movie, I read the entire series, wish I could write like that. And thank you so much for reading Jurassic Waters, and yes a map is a great idea. I am now going to look for the Bradbury book and the Dean book, thank you. I just started reading Toby Neal, who does murder/detective stories but they are set in Hawaii so I get a better sense of how to explain terminology and use pidgin phrasing. I am keep to write the next book in the series, I realize now how unfinished the first one is, the characters and story are never finished, all is dangling, and I have so much more to do. But it’s such a pleasure to write, and now I have a bit more free time from Wings, it’s settling down into a nice consistent business and the kids are sort of taking over! LOL! thanks again, Ellen
