Aloha! We've finally done it.  After six years of operation and trying various tour routes, we have finally whittled it down to just one perfect tour which we consider to be the ultimate flying experience, the 65 minute Grand Deluxe Tour of Kauai!

This is our premier and most popular tour flight. Starting in Lihue, you will first see Kipu Kai, the beach made famous by Harrison Ford's 6 Days and 7 Nights. Travel on to see the famous Jurrasic park waterfall in the beautiful Hanapepe Valley (weather permitting). Soar over the vast Waimea Canyon, the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" as well as the famous Na Pali Coastline. Finish off with the lovely Hanalei Bay before heading back to the Lihue Airport. The additional time also allows us to show you the numerous waterfalls of the Hanalei Valley as well as the crater below Kauai's Mt. Waiale'ale. In winter months whale watching may be feasible.

We love this G8 AirVan, our new touring plane from Australia, and although it would seat 8 persons we really prefer to limit the number of passengers to two couples or two plus three.  This keeps the tour more intimate, allowing for better communication between the pilot and the passengers, and allows everyone to have their own window with an excellent view out the right side of the plane.  As all tour operators here travel the island in a clockwise manner it is important to have a view out the right side.  We are the only air tour operation which guarantees this!

If you are a party of four adults you will have the plane all to yourselves, able to choose your own seats, including who sits in the co-pilot seat, and even move around a bit during the flight to optimize photo opportunities. 

The plane seats a total of six passengers plus the pilot, so for parties of five or six we offer a great special - just contact us to get our super discounted group rate!

Our tours can also feature customizable routes, with an expert agricultural narrative (exclusively offered by Wings Over Kauai), and a complimentary Kauaian gift. At approximately 65-70 minutes, this is the ultimate air tour of the Garden Isle.

We love to take children up with us!  We have traveled extensively in small planes with our two kids, from infancy to adulthood, and they have always loved it!  Lap children, two and under, are not required to be in a seat, and there is no charge for them.
