If your schedule is open, the most popular times for departures have been between 11am and 3pm to avoid early morning passing showers. Meet at the commuter terminal 1/2 hour before your scheduled departure. For cruise ship passengers, you will need to block two hours for the activity. Full payment to be made at the commuter terminal prior to departure.
Transportation Fees: If transportation service is requested, $10.00/trip will be collected at check-in for pick-up and drop-off service ($20.00 round trip from Kapaa to Poipu; $15.00 per round trip for cruise ship transportation to/from Nawiliwili harbor).

Fuel Surcharge Fees: $3.75 per per passenger will be collected at check-in to cover the dramatic increase in fuel prices since Jan. 1, 2005. This amount covers the actual increase in fuel prices for a one hour flight.

State Landing Fees: $1.25 per passenger will be collected to cover State of Hawaii DOT landing fees.

Refund Policy: Full refunds made if pilot cancels flight at any time or with customer 48 hour cancellation notice prior to departure time. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
